Telemarketer / Inside Sales

Aligned Technology Solutions, a growing, highly customer centric IT Solutions firm is seeking a Telemarketer / Inside Sales Specialist to help us continue to grow our organization. This position is intended as a contract position, temporary and could be part time. However, for the right individual, this could grow into a full time role. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, goal driven, have excellent communications skills and 1+ years’ experience in telesales and telemarketing. In this role you will be responsible contacting prospects about our IT services and solutions and appointment setting.

Essential responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identify and qualify new leads using a variety of database, internet, and industry tools - demonstrating clear understanding of client and potential IT solutions
  • Cold Call identified leads
  • Document and track all leads, contacts, opportunities, and activity history consistently in CRM
  • Align daily activities and practices to effectively meet assigned business objectives and quota in a self-directed, strategic approach

Desired Skills / Requirements / Experience: 

  • Experience in an inside sales role for a IT consulting company
  • Experienced in and comfortable with cold-calling
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to read/speak/write at a high level. The role requires high level spoken and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Highly responsive
  • Goal driven
  • Ability to document work and maintain accurate records
  • Permitted to work in the U.S. and able to pass required background checks
